A Limitless Engineering commission is a fully bespoke, one-on-one program. Whatever your vision is — a complete aero program, a wide-body conversion, an interior, a single impossible part — we design it, engineer it, and hand-build it with you, for your car, from start to finish. Quality without compromise
Every commission is built to the same standard we hold our own cars to. Materials are selected for the job, not the budget line — aerospace-grade carbon fiber, hand-laid and cured in-house; 3D-printed fiberglass for development and complex forms; forged and machined metals where strength matters. Nothing leaves the shop until it fits, finishes, and performs the way it was drawn to.

The design process
It starts with your vision, in your words. We sit down one-on-one — sketches, references, ideas, even a rough description — and turn it into a real design. From there we develop renderings, scan the vehicle, and refine every surface with you before a single part is made. You approve the design. We don't move forward until you love it.

Engineering first
Beautiful parts that don't fit or don't last are failures. Every commission is engineered before it is built: structure, mounting, clearances, cooling, and aerodynamics are worked out in advance, then prototyped and test-fitted on the actual car. The result is a one-of-one piece that behaves like it came from the factory — because it was engineered like it should have.

The build process
Your car is built by hand, in-house, in the USA — never outsourced, never rushed. We document the process as it moves from tooling to layup to finishing, and you're kept in the loop at every stage. Fitment is verified on the vehicle itself, and the final finish is dialed in to your specification, down to the last panel gap.
